On October 20,2021,Mr.Huang came to the 12315 consumer complaint reporting center of Tengxian market supervision and Administration Bureau to make an on-site complaint about the refusal of an electrical appliance store in the county to replace the electric water heater with the wrong board.It is reported that on October 18,2021,Mr.Huang purchased and installed a 60 liter electric water heater with the English letter logo of"Midea"brand in the electrical appliance store.Later,Mr.Huang read the manual and found that the electric water heater belonged to the"Hualing"brand.Mr.Huang believed that the body of the electric water heater when he looked at the goods at the merchant's site was branded with the English letter"Midea",and what he paid and purchased was also the electric water heater of the English letter"Midea",but what the merchant provided was the product of the English letter"Hualing",which belongs to the wrong board.Mr.Huang asked to replace the 60 liter electric water heater with the"Midea"brand and the same price.After many unsuccessful negotiations with the merchant,he asked Tengxian Market Supervision Bureau for help.After receiving the complaint,our bureau immediately organized personnel to investigate and deal with it.Through the patient mediation of the staff of our bureau to present the facts,speak the law and say good faith to the merchants,the electrical appliance store replaced the"Midea"brand electric water heater for Mr.Huang on October 28 and reached a settlement with consumers.
