According to the requirements of the food safety law of the people's Republic of China,the local market supervision and administration department has started the investigation and punishment of the unqualified products found in the above sampling inspection according to law,and has taken risk control measures to find out the flow direction of the products,recall and remove the unqualified products from the shelves,analyze the causes and make rectification.
On November 2,the website of Chongqing Liangping district market supervision and Administration Bureau issued a notice on the unqualified sampling inspection of five batches of food.The notice said that recently,the Bureau organized sampling inspection of food safety supervision and found that 5 batches of samples were unqualified.According to the national food safety standard,if individual items are unqualified,their products are determined as unqualified products.
